Question: Can I charge the charge the internal battery with a mains adapter? Or some kind of dock?
Answer: The internal battery can only be charged when fitted in the monitor. In the same way as charging your mobile phone. There is no external battery charging dock at present.
Question: Is there a way to hide the battery level indicator in the top corner of the screen?
Answer: Unfortunately there is no way to remove the batter indicator at present.
Question: Do you have any B-grade units available?
Answer: We have dead pixel units from time to time at available at a discounted rate. Please call us on 0845 0068868 to ask about any dead pixel units.
