You may need to return your items for the following reasons: · You are exercising your right of cancellation. Please note, for a full refund to be issued, the goods must not have been used and are in pristine, resaleable condition. · You have ordered the incorrect item. · We have sent you the wrong item. · You need to return the item under warranty. If you need to return an item to us, you must follow Lilliput UK's return procedure: 1. To return any product you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. . Without an RMA Number, no refund or replacement will be given. When requesting an RMA number, please provide your invoice number, your name, product description and serial number if applicable and a description of why you are returning the item. 2. Once an RMA Number has been issued, you can return the goods to us. A trackable parcel service must be used with a signature, such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. . 3. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We will only refund the cost of this postage when goods prove to be faulty. In all other circumstances, no postage refund will be given. Faulty Goods When obtaining an RMA number for faulty goods, please provide a detailed description of the fault. This will enable our engineers to test the returned product more efficiently, and arrange a repair or replacement to resolve the issue. Items no older than 7 working days will be replaced under the discretion of Lilliput UK. Faulty items older than 7 working days will be repaired. We do not offer an advance replacement service. · All items have a 12 month return-to-base warranty. · We do not offer an advance replacement service or a collection service. If you urgently need a replacement, you must pay for a new item at full price, including delivery. Once we have received your faulty unit back and have confirmed the unit as faulty, a full refund for the original unit will be given. · Return carriage charges will only be refunded if the unit is diagnosed as faulty and the goods have been packaged as instructed. Distance Selling Regulations Under the distance selling regulations, the following applies with regards to refunds and returns. The buyer is entitled to return the goods within 7 working days for a refund subject to the following: · It is reasonable for the buyer to open the outer packaging and inspect the goods. · Any software that forms part of the goods (driver and software disks) if unsealed by the buyer are exempt from the right to cancel and return the goods under the Distant Selling Regulations. · Computer systems custom-built to the customers individual specifications are exempt from the right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations. · If the buyer rejects any of the goods in accordance with these regulations, they are still responsible for the costs to return the goods to us. · If the goods are not returned in resaleable, pristine condition, then the Supplier reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 25%. Whether goods are returned in a resaleable condition is to be judged by the Supplier. For any returns which do not fall under the distance selling regulations, procedures will be at the Suppliers' own discretion. The company is not obliged to refund items outside of this timeframe, and any such returns will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Any correspondence relating to returns is by e-mail only. · Items that are physically damaged, opened and used cases, opened software, any incomplete items or goods returned without original packaging, will not be eligible for a refund.
