Returns Information
Before any item can be returned, our Return Authorisation Form must be filled out.
 
It is compulsory for this form to be completed and enclosed with the returned goods. Our Returns Department will reject returned goods without a Returns Authorisation Form

You may need to return your items for the following reasons:
 
· You are exercising your right of cancellation. Please note, for a full refund to be issued, the goods must not have been used and are in pristine, resaleable condition. 
· You have ordered the incorrect item. 
· We have sent you the wrong item.
· You need to return the item under warranty.
