· UK orders are despatched using a next working day delivery service. All of our services require a signature on delivery. We offer our customers a choice of Interlink Express or Royal Mail to deliver mainland UK orders. The price may vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the goods.

· For security reasons, on certain orders we will be unable to dispatch the goods to a different address. We will inform you of this prior to sending the goods out for delivery.

· If there is nobody at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, the courier of choice will leave a note at your door for you to arrange redelivery or collection from the depot.

· We do not ship to PO Box numbers.

· For overseas an international orders we can only accept payment by bank transfer. If you wish to order an item, please e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it stating the product you wish to order, the quantity, and the country the goods are to be dispatched to. We will respond with a formal quotation including shipping charges.

· For any car computer system, there is a lead time of 3-5 working days. This time allows us to build each system to order, test individual components, install an operating system and additional software and soak-in test the hardware. This process greatly eliminates dead-on-arrival computers. Lead time may vary depending on stock availability of extra components. We will notify you immediately if we expect the lead time to exceed 5 working days.

· 3 pm is the cut off time for same day despatch. Orders placed after 3 pm on Fridays and on the weekend, will be despatched Monday.

· We offer a premium before 9:30 am delivery service at an extra cost.
